From the moment we walked through the doors, the front desk was warm and welcoming. We had John Mezzino as our sales representative and he was wonderful from start to finish. We initially left to explore other options but came back a week later and ultimately decided to buy from John because of his outstanding experience he provided us with! Service Dept: This was the BEST service I have received at any dealership since being able to drive. (Honestly since the pandemic, our country has zero customer service skills in any industry anymore) From the moment you pull in with the person who greets you to checkout every single employee made me feel welcome. Every employee made me feel valued. My car is a 2020 Lexus RC 350, but I was still treated like I was a celebrity. I can't thank Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold enough and I drove an hour to go there today! I called 5 dealerships before them to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did which is why I also approved my front brakes to be done. Brian Dominick is a professional, courteous non-pushy approach. There service area was fantastic. The entire dealerships was clean and beautiful. I will certainly drive an hour again the next time my car needs something without hesitation. Thank you to the entire staff that assisted my car and I today. It will be emphasized over and over! Take note Lexus, this dealership should set the standard for all your dealerships... there's a reason I drove so far away! Thank you again!
Top-notch white glove service. This is an awesome dealership. Eddie Adjmi answered all my questions, from my very first call; he swiftly helped me find the right car that I’m looking for. I didn’t care that I'll be driving for an hour. I decided to buy my car from this dealership. He’s fantastic and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. No sales games. Mike Helmsley was awesome in professionally and patiently resolving my car insurance matter for my new temp plates and was diligent and courteous. Customer service hasn’t been the same anywhere since the pandemic. This place is different. I stopped by 2 car dealerships before this one while shopping around, one of which was a Lexus, but not Ray Catena. The minute you step into this one, or even talk on the phone, you’re valued and respected and I must add, treated like a celebrity. Will be back for my next Lexus. Thank you Ray Catena Lexus/Freehold!
